There are limited resources in the literature for the prehistoric arts of the Southwest. I am delighted with this book which is as much a history book as it is an art book. I really appreciate the comparison provided for the objects. As a researcher this is a huge assist and time saver. There is no doubt in my mind that this will be a go to reference for some time to come. JB
