My Word Christmas 2022 - The Art World Can Wait ‘til Next Year
My sub header under this newsletter was "The Art World Can Wait 'Til Next Year". It has been a very tough two years for almost everyone who has been confronted with challenges that, at times, seemed overwhelming. It truly is a different world now requiring a bit more introspection for ways in which we can cope with all that is going on now and what we will confront in the coming years. I do believe that the perspective of friends and family is essential, but more than ever, we need a firm grasp of who we are, and how we can help ourselves, our friends and family and those we shall meet along the way.
For those that know me well, I have not completely lost it; however, I wanted to take this last newsletter of the year to thank you and to express my gratitude for those in my past, present, and future. Some know this has been a challenging time, but I can assure you I am very grateful and, as nuts as this may sound, as happy and as engaged as I have been at any point in my life. We live in exciting times that, in the short term, will be tough.
But for the moment, enjoy this newsletter and some art from our social media and new galleries. Barbara made me delete the naughty Christmas jokes that I thought were important for balance. But, alas, I deferred to her good judgment. So in this issue, you will find inspiration, gratitude, and thanks.
I sincerely wish you all a Merry Christmas, a great holiday season and a terrific new year for 2023.
