Meet our new intern Claire Keupen - Winter 2023

My name is Claire Keupen and I am from Norman, Oklahoma. I am currently a senior at the University of Dallas, where I am set to graduate in May with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a concentration in German. I have always been deeply fascinated with three things: art, history, and people. Art combines these three, offering the viewer a window into the social, historical and cultural world of a given point of time. The art at Shango Gallery is no exception to this mystifying ability! I am absolutely delighted to follow this passion and work with Art Trak & Shango galleries to emerge myself in the art world learning the ins and outs of art appraisals and the workings of a gallery!
